1 pound honey (completely optional)
One ea 6lb can of Irek’s Unhopped (orange print on label)
One lb Crystal barley Malt 20 lov (for steeping until boil)
One lb Wheat malt (also for steeping)

1.5 ounce Hallertauer Hops – I’m not a big hop fan, and this comes
Yeast Wyeast Bavarian wheat or German wheat yeast
Procedure: For 1 add 5.5# Iced raspberries, though it may start out almost like raspberry sugar water , it will mellow well, though it may a tid tart .
