1 pnd medium or big mushrooms
One cup dry bread crumbs
1 tea-spoon dried basil
Two tbsp grated parmesan cheese
minced or chopped fresh garlic (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)
Two table spoonfuls olive oil
Sauce
1 small onion, chopped
2 table-spoons olive oil
1 to eight ounce can tomatoe sauce
One quarter tea-spoon oregano
fresh garlic (to taste)
Wash and dry the mushrooms & withdraw the stems. Carve out the mushroom caps within reason by scraping with a teaspoon . fuse the bread crumbs, basil, parmesan cheese , garlic, salt & pepper and olive oil; mix well. Fill the mushrooms with the crumb motley. Paint a shallow baking dish with nonstick preparation atomiser. Place the mushroom caps into the baking dish.
Prepare the sauce. Saute’ the onion in the oil in a small pan until it turns clear . Add the rest of the ingredients; stir well & simmer 10 mins. Pour the sauce evenly over the mushrooms. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Red Lobster Bahama Mama
Ingredients
* 1/2 fluid ounce rum
* half fluid oz coconut-flavored rum
* half fluid ounce grenadine syrup
* one fluid ounce orange juice
* one fluid ounce pineapple juice
* 1 c crushed ice
Directions
1. Combine regular rum, rum with coconut flavoring, orange juice,pineapple juice,genadine and crushed ice in an electric liquidizer.
Blend until the drink’s consistency is slushy.
