Bob Evans Bean Soup Recipe Everybody Is Looking For

I was searching websites the other day for Bob Evans bean soup recipe. I suspect that there are many restaurant copycat recipes to be found. I did find a recipe book that claims it gives a step by step, exact ingredient, recipes of some of the popular restaurants . But even though I have not tried it yet, I felt it wouldn’t be fair to you telling I found the next best thing to sliced bread.

So, in the meantime , What is be better on a cold winter day than a mouth watering hot bowl of healthy but tasty soup? individualally, I love soup any-time year round , but I find it specially enjoy it in the wintertime . This recipe is great because it is quick,tasty,healthy,easy and a perfective tense way to use up left over turkey (or chicken). It is also easy to make by cooking a diced chicken breast or a couple of thighs if you don’t have left-over available . Even better, you can use the meat from a deli-roasted chicken or could even cube up a hunk of deli meat. However you choose to create the soup, it is still easy and quick . In today’s busy households , especially during this time of the year, that can be very authoritative. So give the soup a test the next time you are hungry for a easy,quick meal .

Now again , this is NOT Bob Evans bean soup recipe, but . . .

TURKEY BEAN SOUP

One teaspoon olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

1 tsp dried rosemary

half tea spoon black pepper

half lb cooked, cubed or shredded turkey (or chicken)

One can ( fourteen – ounce ) fat free reduced sodium chicken broth

1 can (14 – 15 ouce ) stewed tomatoes

One can (15 -oz ) cannellini beans

Hot pepper sauce to taste

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pan . Add the onion and cook 4 – five mins or until tender, occasionally stirring so it will not burn.

Sprinkle the rosemary & pepper ontop of the turkey and add to the onion in the sauce pan stirring to combine it well. Add the tomatoes and the broth ( don’t drain); bring it to a boil. Cover the pan, cut back the heat to simmer and allow to simmer for about ten mins. . Add the beans, stir to mix in, & heating another ten to fifteen mins. , open, until the soup begins to thicken up . Add hot pepper to suit your taste. Turn off heat & Eplate the soup into serving bowls. decorate with sprigs of fresh parsley, if desired .

NOTES: You can leave out the hot sauce and allow everyone to add it in their bowl, if desired.

This is always a great way to use left over chicken or turkey for a easy,quick, diabetic friendly light meal.

I have now had a chance to make and taste Bob Evans bean soup recipe and I don’t want to delete the above recipe for the next person that may want to do it, but I did finally get a chance to do a full critique of these secret restaurant recipes .
